We all know the problems of having to speak to someone in a call center, and they happen to be in a country that we can barely understand what they are saying to us. That just aggravates us even more and makes us want to hang up. Maybe that is what they want?
But as we all know, in the end it is always the mighty dollar that runs our lives, and again we will be forced to obey by their rules. In my opinion less human contact is a bad thing. What are your thoughts?

I think there are always positives and negatives in every decision that is made by us or other people. In this case, virtual banks will mean less jobs, less human interaction, more difficulties in managing our money and a feeling of insecurity.
